DC Overview document which contains the itinerary and logistics for the trip.
A Google form called DC Trip: Important Forms that will be the preferred method of submitting the required information (1. Overnight Trip Form, 2. Copy of Insurance Card, 3. Medical Form).
Please register your child with DC Central Kitchen for our volunteer activity on May 8th, 2025. Please find the waiver attached below and submit either a physical copy or a scanned copy to Mr Donnelly via email. Volunteer Waiver
